The Day of 1000 Diapers

Did you know that green beans are high in fiber? Well, Josh and I do after today! Over the past several months we've realized that the cure for Molly's veggie aversion rests in ketchup. Copious amounts of ketchup. The other night and my parent's house my mother stumbled upon the strategy of dipping green beans in ketchup - sort of like squishy, green french fries! Molly was hooked. The last two nights she's had 3+ helpings of green beans at each meal, finishing everything off before even touching her typical favorites, fruit and cheese.
